Tech Internships Europe is a job search aggregation directory designed to help students and software engineers discover technology internship opportunities across Europe. We crawl and aggregate publicly available job listings from verified corporate ATS platforms (such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, and official career portals).

3. Third-Party Links & External Job Applications

Clicking "Apply" or external links redirects you to third-party employer websites or application portals. Tech Internships Europe does not operate or control these third-party career portals. External applications are governed solely by the privacy policies, terms, and hiring practices of the respective employer or ATS provider.

4. Acceptable Use & Anti-Scraping Policy

You agree to use Tech Internships Europe strictly for personal, non-commercial job hunting. You must not:

• Utilize automated crawlers, bots, or scraping tools to extract or mass-harvest listings for commercial re-use without prior written consent.
• Overload, disrupt, or perform denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks against our infrastructure.
• Submit false, misleading, or abusive job reports.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Hiring Outcomes

All job listings and content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Tech Internships Europe is an independent aggregator, not an employment agency or recruiter, and does not guarantee job availability, salary details, hiring responses, or interview callbacks.

6. Trademark & Brand Asset Usage

Company names, corporate logos, and brand trademarks displayed on the platform remain the exclusive intellectual property of their respective trademark owners. Their inclusion does not imply any partnership, commercial association, or official endorsement between Tech Internships Europe and the respective companies.

7. Service Continuity & Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability; however, Tech Internships Europe is provided on a best-effort basis without guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to update, modify, or suspend features at any time.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict of law provisions. The place of jurisdiction for any disputes shall be Würzburg, Germany.

9. Severability Clause (Salvatorische Klausel)

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions of these terms shall remain in full force and effect.
